How returns and exchanges work

• If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo so we can replace or refund it.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the book is:
• unused,
• in its original packaging, and
• in perfect condition.
• We can’t accept returns for books that have been torn, marked, written in, or damaged after delivery.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the error is ours.
